摘要: 针对大功率逆变技术发展及其应用研究过程中存在地基本问题进行了分析,简要评述了功率器件换流过程和控制方式的进展,介绍了逆变电源的控制技术和系统建模、分析、仿真以及应用研究的主要内容,探讨了大功率逆变技术的发展方向。并且,给出了逆变技术在大功率场合进一步发展的新思路。

关键词: 功率电子学, 控制方法, 逆变电源仿真, 逆变技术

Abstract: By analying the issues in the development and application of invertering techniques, the advances in several key areas, such as commuting process of power semiconduction device, control of invertering power supply, model and simulation of the system, are reviewed. The developing trends and challenging technologies of high-power invertering techniques have also been highlighted.
