摘要: 研究了熔滴过渡形态和焊丝工艺性能的关系。6种过渡形式中颗粒过渡、射滴过渡是自保护药芯焊丝中较理想的过渡形式。而短路非爆炸这种主要的过渡形式虽然飞溅小、电弧燃烧也较稳定,但对熔滴保护效果较差。研究结果对于指导自保护药芯焊丝的配方设计、改进其工艺性能和力学性能具有重要意义。

Abstract: The relationship between droplet transfer and operation performance of self-shielded flux-corded wire (SSFCEW) is studied. Authors think that globular transfer and spray transfer is better transfer mode of SSFCW in six kinds of modes. Although less spatter, more stable arc, short circuit non-explosive transfer, as a main transfer mode of SSFCW is lack of effective protection for droplet. The paper is of magnificent value for guiding formula design and improving operation performance and mechanical properties of SSFCW.
