摘要: 利用已确定的板面内的真实应力、应变分布,根据对锥形件成形过程中各接触区域的受力分析,首次确定并分析了各接触区域的接触应力分布形式及特点,同时根据对凸模、压边圈分别隔离后的受力分析,对得到的结果进行了验证。对进一步建立精确的数学、力学模型,揭示锥形件冲压成形机理,揭示锥形件冲压成形机理,进而实现成形过程的智能化控制具有重要的意义。

关键词: 接触应力, 拉深成形, 圆锥形件, 智能化

Abstract: On the basis of the real stress and strain which have been obtained, the distribution and the characteristic of contact stress are first obtained and analyzed according to the force analysis on the every contact region of conical part during deep drawing. Simultaneously, the above results are examined by considering the force equilibrium of the punch and blank holder which are separated respectively. It is of great significance for further creating more accurate models of mathematics and mechanics, discovering the mechanism of conical part press forming, and realizing intelligent control forming process.
