摘要: 采用曲柄和双滑块机构作为涡旋压缩机的理论机构模型,借助此模型从机构学的基本原理出发对涡旋压缩机的工作原理进行了分析,揭示了涡旋机构成立和实现正确运动的条件和普遍规律。

Abstract: A new mechanical model of scroll compressor composed of one crank and two sliders is developed. New model is agreeable not only to the principle of mechanism but also to the mechanism concept commonly accepted by the people. Mechanical and kinematic analysis of scroll compressor by using this model show that new model is a generalized one for scroll compressors of different configurations and reseals operation principle of scroll compressor as well as general pattern of operation regime. Especially, it provide theoretical basis for the key technique radial compliant mechanism in the design of scroll compressor.
