摘要: 通过讨论热轧辊表层剧烈变化的温度场以及导致轧辊产生破坏的自激振动等因素,研究热轧辊动强度的问题,得到一些新的热弹塑性的非线性动力学模型,并且利用ADINA非线线性有限元程度进行分析和计算,所得到的结果对热轧辊设计,制造和初轧机的操作都是有用的。

Abstract: According to the analysis of factors of damage (the self - excited vibration and the temperature field of violent fluctuation etc), the dynamics strength of hot roll is studied. Some thermal elastic-plastic non -linear dynamic models are established. The problem is calculated and analysed by using ADINA non-linear finite element program. The results are useful for design and manufacture of hot roll and operation of rolling process.
