摘要: 提出了一种由橡胶作为辐板材料的柔性辐板齿轮,分析了柔性辐板齿轮的减振降噪机理,给出了柔性辐板齿轮与标准渐开线齿轮及修形齿轮的噪声实测结果,其中柔性辐板齿轮的降噪效果最好。修形齿轮也有一定的降噪效果。讨论了柔性辐板齿轮使用中的一些问题。

Abstract: A flexible web gear (FWG) with rubber spoke is presented, and its noise reduction characteristics are studied. The noise reduction characteristics of this kind of gears is compared with both normal involute gears and tooth modified gears. The experimental results proved that the noise reduction effect of the FWG is best, and the tooth modified gears better. Some problems of the FWG in use are discussed.
