摘要: 提出了钛合金癃性变形的新理论,试验结果表明,高温形变强韧化获得三态组织,这种组织既不降低材料塑性,又不丧失热稳定性,且能提高材料的使用温度与高温性能、低周疲劳性能,疲劳—蠕变寿命和断裂韧度。探讨了新理论的基础和强韧化机理,发现高温形变强韧化不仅适用于(α+β)型合金,并可应用于α型、近α和近β型合金。

Abstract: A new theory for Ti alloy plastic deformation is proposed. Experiment results showed that a new kind of tri-modal microstructure could be obtained using high temperature deformation strength-toughening. This microstructure strikingly raised low-cycle fatigue property, fatigue-creep interaction life, fracture toughness and service temperature of Ti alloy without reducing plasticity and thermal stability. The fundament of the new theory and strength-toughening mechanism bare also discussed. It was proved that high tem perature deformation strength-toughening was applicable not only in (α+β) alloy, but also in α, near α, and near β Ti alloy.
