摘要: 应用模态控制理论,对柔性机构弹性振动的主动控制问题的原理与策略进行了研究,给出了相应的最优控制规律并对其稳定性进行了讨论。在此基础上研究了由机构弹性位移和速度的测量值估计对应模态信息的方法,在这个方法中还考虑了控制溢出的影响,另外还讨论了将模态控制力转化成实际控制力的有关问题。最后,对一柔性4杆机构轨迹发生器及一两关节柔性机械手的在线振动和残余振动的主动控制进行了计算机的仿真。

Abstract: The theory and control countermeasures of active vibration control for flexible mechanisms are studied by the modal theory, and the correspondent optimal control scheme is proposed. The stabilities of the scheme is discussed. Methods to extract modal displacements and velocities from measurements of the actual displacements and velocities are investigated, in which the effects of control spillover are considered. Except that, the actual control force (moment) computation method are also presented. Finally, with the control scheme, simulations for the on-line vibrations control of an elastic four-bar path generator and the residual vibrations control of a flexible manipulator arm are carried out.
