热锻成形过程温度场的热力耦合数值模拟

摘要: 介绍了采用刚粘塑性有限元法热力耦合数值模拟热锻成形过程的基本原理,导出了以节点速度和节点温度对时间的导数为基本未知量的热力耦合方程式。采用新开发的程序系统对20钢热镦粗成形全过程温度场进行了模拟研究,得出了反映热镦粗成形流动规律的网格变化图和反映温度场变化情况的温度分布图,并将热力耦合分析得到的热镦粗载荷与行程关系曲线与试验测得的曲线作了比较,两者基本相符。

Abstract: The basic theory of hot forging forming process of thermodynamic couple numerical simulation in rigid-viscoplastic finite element method is presented. A thermodynamic couple equation with basic unknown quantity which is the nodal velocity and the time derivative of the nodal temperature is obtained. Using developed program system, simulate the temperature field of hot upsetting forming process of 20 steel, obtain the deformation diagram of the computational mesh which reflects hot upsetting forming flow rules and the temperature distibution diagram which reflects the temperature field's change. Comparing the upsetting load-stroke curve obtained by thermodynamic couple with the curve obtained by experiment, the two results are principally correspondent.
