摘要: 根据切削噪声试验结果,提出在强烈切削振动情况下,切削噪声与刀具主切削力方向的振动在时域中具有极强的相关性,在频域中具有极大的频率结构相似性,并进而提出了稳态切削噪声与动态切削噪声的概念,解释了切削噪声发声的物理机理。本文还采用倒谱剔除观测切削噪声信号中的回声信号,以分析原始切削噪声的频率结构,并将切削振动作为主要输入、切削噪声作为输出,采用二给ARMAV模型辨识切削噪声发声系统,辨识结果描述了发声系统对切削振动的传输关系,并能较好地解释原始切削噪声的主要频率成分的来源与传输。

Abstract: According to the results of the cutting noise experiments, a new discovery is put forward. The discovery can be briefly stated as this: in the time domain, the cutting noise and the cutting vibration in the main cutting direction have very close relativity; in the frequency domain, they have very great similarity in frequency structure. Based on the new discovery, a concept about static cutting noise and dynamic cutting noise is presented. With this concept, the physical mechanism of the cutting noise can be explained and the relationship between the influence of the cutting vibration on the cutting noise and the influence of the dynamic behavior of a machine tool on the cutting noise can be studied. In this paper, the echoes are deleted from the cutting noise signals by means of cepstrum analysis. The purpose of deleting the echoes is to analysize the frequency structure of the pure cutting noise. With the help of 2-D ARMAY model the generating noise system in which the cutting vibration is taken as its main input and the cutting noise as its output can be identified. The identification states the transmission relationship of the generating noise system and the cutting vibration. It also gives a satisfactory explanation to the source and the transmission of the main frequencies of the pure cutting noise.
