摘要: 在对金属切削中进给方向毛刺生成机理进行试验研究和理论分析的基础上,给出了表示产生Ⅰ型微小进给方向毛刺的重要物理量——刀具临界主偏角β (rⅠ)。讨论了有关主要因素对临界主偏角的影响,进而开发出了几种抑制或减小进给方向毛刺的新工艺和新方法。

Abstract: Based on the study of forming principle of formation of feed direction. Burrs in metalcutting, a physical parameter of determining the generating of I type feed direction burr ——critical tool cutting edge angle βrI is given. And the main factors which influence critical tool cutting edge angle are studied, and related theory analysis are made. Furthermore, some new controlling methods and technologys to restrain or decrease the feed direction burrs in machining processes are developed.
