GL渗铝钢管合金渗层相组成、变形及焊接性能研究

摘要: 利用光镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、x-射线衍射和电子衍射等试验方法,对感应料浆法(GL)渗铝钢管Fe-Al合金渗层的相组成进行了研究。结果表明,GL渗铝钢管渗铝层主要由α-Fe(Al)固溶体、Fe 3Al和FeAl构成。渗层中不存在含铝更高的FeAl 2、Fe 2Al 5和FeAl 3等脆性相,显著改善了渗铝钢的承受变形能力和焊接性能。

Abstract: Phase constitutions in the Fe-Al alloy layer of the calorized steel pipe are researched by means of microscopy, SEM, EPA, x-ray diffraction and electron diffraction, etc. Experimental results indicate that the alloy layer of the calorized steel pipe is mainly composed of α-Fe (Al) solid solution, Fe3Al and FeAl. There are not higher aluminium content phases, such as brittle FeAl2, Fe2Al5 and FeAl3, in the Fe-Al alloy layer. The bearing ability to deformation and the weld ability of the calorized steel pipe are remarkably improved.
