摘要: 基于马尔可夫随机过程理论建立了刀具磨损的随机理论模型。根据此模型,刀具有任意时刻的磨损量和任意磨钝标准下的刀具磨损寿命都应该服从对数正态分布。实验结果和建立的理论模型符合较好,表明该理论模型在一定条件下是符合实际的。根据所建立的模型和加速寿命试验的原理,将刀具可靠性理论和泰勒公式结合起来,可以充分利用现有的切削数据对刀具的可靠性进行评价。

Abstract: Based on the Markov stochastic process theory, a stochastic theoretical model for metal cutting tool wear is proposed According to this model, tool wear at any given cutting time or tool life at any given tool wear criterion should obey the lognormal distributions. Experimental results agreed well with the theoretical model, indicating that the model is practical on certain conditions. Based on the model proposed and the accelerated life test principles, tool reliability theory and the Taylor formula could be combined to make a full use of the available machining data in evaluating the reliability of metal cutting tools.
