最轻自重高强度钢管起重机臂架的研究

摘要: 为了研制最轻自重起重机臂架,在国内首次开发了抗拉强度高于785MPa的12CrNiMnMoVB低碳低合金高强度结构钢管,进行了这种钢管焊接工艺和性能的研究,并用于制造海洋钻井平台起重机臂架。根据臂架的受力规律,对每节臂架采用不同的壁厚。研究了这种结构的臂架在起升绳和变幅绳作用下临界力的计算方法。以最轻自重为优化目标,进行了这种臂架的优化设计。

Abstract: In order to made the crane booms with the lightest weight, we developed a low-carbon, low-alloy and high strength structural steel tubes with tensile strength greater then 785MPa, researched the welding technology and applied them to offshore crane booms. According to different internal forces along booms, used steel lubes with different wall thickness to different sections and gave calculation of critical forces of this kind of booms. Choosing the lightest weight as optimum object, we studied the optimum design of the booms.
