可展环面蜗杆传动齿面承载能力研究

摘要: 利用接触线方程和接触区边界条件,以平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动为例,提出精确求解可展环面蜗杆传动接触区域以及接触线长度的方法,在此基础上,提出了一种计算齿面瞬态赫兹承载能力的新方法,计算并分析了蜗杆不同转角位置时齿面瞬态赫兹承载能力的变化规律,从而求得齿面的平均赫兹承载功率。理论计算结果与产品的实际承载状况较为相符。提供的计算方法,尚可推广应用到接触线、曲率半径、参啮齿数等作瞬态变化的其他啮合传动领域。

Abstract: Hourglass worm drives have been widely used in various industries. Owing to the complexity of its geometrical and meshing relations, the existing load rating formulas re father empirical in manner. This paper is devoted to developing an analytical method to evaluate the instantaneous and mean Herizian load capacity of hourglass worm drives. Based on contact analysis, the actual length of contact line, and radius of curvature at any instant of meshing are considered. Paper takes the new type of SG-71 grindable hourglass worm gearing as a studying example. The calculated results are well conformed with the rated capacities provided by the manufacturer’s catalogs. This method can be extended to other types of double-enveloping worm gears.
