摘要: 提出“正、逆向适应改造”新思想:在用时栅传感器对仪器进行“极限指标”改造的同时,也对仪器应用对象——装备和工艺进行逆向改造:使装备能配合仪器完成现场复杂环境下的“特殊检测”,工艺能配合仪器实现对加工过程的“超常指导”。介绍了“仪器单元”及其与新型蜗轮副母机相嵌入的设计思想,使装备能够满足加工测量一体化工艺,既能在现场复杂环境下发现误差规律并自检确认,又能指导用误差诱导重塑与自我精准抵消的创新工艺去实现极高精度。目标成果:嵌入了仪器单元、执行加工测量一体化工艺、且产品为成套蜗轮副而不仅是蜗轮的新型蜗轮副母机。

Abstract: It puts forward a new conception of “forward and reverse adaptive reconstruction” . When the time grating sensor reconstructing the “extreme index” of the instrument, it reverse-retrofits the application objects of the instrument that include equipment and technology. The equipment can cooperate with the instrument to complete the “special detection” under the complex environment on site, and the technology can cooperate with the instrument to realize the “Super-normal guidance” of the processing process. The “instrument unit” and its design idea of embedding with the new type of worm gear pair mother machine, which can achieve the integrated process of processing and measurement, is introduced. The integrated process can not only discover the error law and self-check in the complex environment, but also guide the innovative process of error-induced remodeling and self-precision offset to realize extremely high precision. Target achievement: The instrument unit has been embedded in the product, implement the integrated process of processing and measurement, and a new type of worm gear pair mother machine which the product is a complete set of worm gear pairs, not just worm gears.
