摘要: 提出了一种二维液体瞬变分析的有限元新方法,建立了液压传动系统液体瞬变现象的两维模型,并编制了相应的分析软件。这种方法可用于计算非定常微可压粘性液体在瞬变过程中的压力和流速分布。据此确定的快速锻造液压机主控阀启闭特性,可保证整机系统具有较小的液压冲击。

Abstract: This paper presents a new finite elements method for two-dimensional analysis of fluid transients. A 2-D fluid transient model for hydraulic transmission system has been established, and an analytic program is developed. The method can be used to calculate the pressure and velocity distributions in transient for time-dependent, slightly compressible and viscous flow. The open-closed characteristics determined by the method for mate control valve of high speed forging hydraulic press will ensure the whole machine with much slighter hydraulic surges.
