摘要: 本文给出了考虑齿轮传动系统振动影响的瞬态弹性流体动力润滑方程组及其求解方法。在瞬态弹流润滑理论的研究中综合考虑了变载荷、变曲率和变速度的瞬态效应,并被用于渐开线直齿轮的润滑问题。其中,变载荷是考虑到实际齿轮传动中所存在的系统振动所引起的动载荷,该动载荷由一个8质量、16自由度的振动方程求解而得。沿啮合点的动态-瞬态弹流润滑被作为一个时间过程作了完全数值求解。文中给出了一个算例,求得了沿啮合线上啮合时的二次压力峰及油膜厚度的变化曲线,并给出了七个特殊啮合点上的压力分布及油膜形状。

Abstract: In this paper, transient EHL equations considering vibration effects of gear transmission system and its evaluation have been given. In research of transient EHL, transient effects of variable load, variable curvature radius and variable rolling veloiety are combined and have been used to lubrication problem of involute spur gears. Where, the variable load is the dynamic load caused by vibration of gear transmission system which is solved by numerical method with a model of eight-masses and sixteen-degrees of freedom. The vibrant-transient EHL problem of each meshing point along the meshing line is considered as a time procedure and the full numerical solution has been made. One example of the numerical solution is given. The pressure spike and the minimum film thickness varying along the meshing line, as well as the pressure distribution and film shape of seven special meshing points are shown in figures.
