摘要: 本文研究了齿轮传动系统扭振固有频率的设计灵敏度问题。提出了建立齿轮传动系统动力学控制方程的具体方法,引入了传动比矩阵,使得动力学控制方程的建立和分析易于实现程序化。推导了固有频率相对于设计参数的灵敏度公式,设计参数可以是轴的扭转刚度、齿轮或轴上零件的转动惯量和各级齿轮副的传动比。介绍了一个实际的齿轮传动系统灵敏度分析例子。本文提供的方法可用于齿轮传动系统动力学优化设计。

Abstract: This paper deals with the design sensitivity analysis of natural frequencies of gear-shaft systems. A method is proposed for establishing the dynamical equation, and the transmission ratio of gears is involved in the dynamical equation by a transmission ratio matrix, which makes the establishing of dynamical equation easier. The formulation of design sensitivity of natural frequencies is derived with respect to design parameters including stiffness of shafts, transmission ratio and inertia of gear or other elements on the shafts. An example is given to illustrate the procedure. The method proposed is of practical importance in the optimization design of gear-shaft systems.
