液态模锻传热过程研究

摘要: 本文利用LY12铝合金对液态模锻过程传热特点,进行了实验研究和理论分析。首先实验测定了压力与界面传热系数和结晶凝固速度之间的关系。同时给出了液态模锻时主要工艺参数与结晶凝固时间的关系。本文在分析机械静压力作用下传热特征的基础上,对传热过程进行了理论分析。给出了一维情况下,计算凝固速度的解析式,进而对三维问题进行了数值模拟,其模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,具有普遍应用价值。

Abstract: Heal transfer characteristics in liquid forging have been studied by using LY12 aiuminium alloy. The rolationships of interfacial coefficient of heat transfer and solidification time with specific prossure have been determined by experiments. The effects of main technological parameters on solidification time have been measured. On discussing the characteristics of heat transfer, one-dimensional analytical formulae for ealoulating solidiflealion rate have been given, Furthormere, computer simulation has been used to deal with three-dimensional problem, the aumorieal results are in good agreement with experimental data, and those are of general significance.
