摘要: 本文分析和证明了微量调速阀在实现2~100ml/min和微流量控制时,其压力补偿器具有自动消除微流量控制时所产生的堵塞现象和阀具有良好的抗污染性能。该阀的抗污染机理和性能对设计和研究低污染敏感度液压元件有实际的指导意义。

Abstract: The theoretic and experimental provableness of the characteristics of anti-contamination of microflow-control valve is presented in this paper. The ability of anti-contamination of the valve is closely related to the structure of the pressure compensor of the valve when the control-flow is about 2~100ml/min.The result of this studies possess both practical and gulding importance for the research on low contamination sensitive hydraulic elements.
