摘要: 本文针对某些灿流风机需正、反双向通风的要求,提出一种新翼型——双头双机翼反向对称翼型,并采用最优控制理论进行风机叶轮设计,研制成功了一台直接反转反风轴流风机。通过风机外特性及沿叶高性能的试验,表明理论计算与试验结果符合得较好。研制成功的风机在电机反转时即可反向通风,且反风性能与正风性能基本相同,具有结构简单、调节方便、造价低及正反风综合性能好等优点,为轴流风机反风技术开拓了一条有实用价值的新途径。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of alternating air flow direction of fan, a new aerofoil of axial-flow fan blade-reversing symmetrical aerofoil with double leading edges is presented in the paper. Using optimal control theory we designed and constructed a new type axial-flew fan, which can alternate the direction of ventilation by simply reversing the rotation of motor. The experimental data of fan and other flow parameters along the blade are shown in good agreement with the calculated. Depending upon the condition in service, the axial-flow fan with new aerofoil blades can drives the air in one or other direction with same characteristic value so as the volume flow, pressure and efficiency. The feature of the fan is its simple construction, convenient adjustment and the good general characteristics of normal and reverse ventilation.
