摘要: 本文研究了在气体氮化过程中添加微量稀土元素对渗入动力学过程和性能的影响。试验结果表明:稀土对38CrMoAl钢氮化过程有显著的活化催渗作用,渗速提高25%~30%;耐磨性和弯曲疲劳强度有提高;电子探针证实,在氮原子子渗入的同时,稀土La作为活性组元也渗入了钢的表层,起微合金化作用,改善了钢的性能。

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of the micro-addition of race earth elements (RE) to the nitriding process on the diffusion kinetics and properties of 38CrMoAl steel were studied. The experimental results indicate: the nitriding process of 38CrMoAl is accelerated under the acting of activity and catalysis of RE, its rate of permeation is increased 25%~30%; the wear resistance and bending fatigue of specimens increases some too. The SEM energy spectum analysis denote: the RE La has been permeated with the nitrogen together, which improves the properties of surface layer through microalloying.
