摘要: 为了能精确地进行斜齿圆柱齿轮的强度计算和振动分析,必须准确地确定斜齿圆柱齿轮接触线上的载荷分布。本文根据齿面坐标系及相应的坐标转换阵,提出了一种有效地计算内啮合和外啮合斜齿圆柱齿轮载荷分布的方法。通过总体坐标系可同时求出斜齿圆柱齿轮在整个啮合过程中诸接触线上的载荷分布和齿间载荷分配,这将极大地节省计算时间。文末给出了计算实例。

Abstract: In order to analyze the strength and dynamic performances of helical gears as accurately as possible, the actual load distributions along the contact lined of helical gears should be firstly calculated. Based on the coordinate systems of gear profile and the corresponding matrices of coordinate transformation, an effective method for determining the load distribution of external or internal helical gears is proposed in this paper. According to the reference coordinate system, the load distributions along the contact lines and load sharing ratio of helical gears during the whole engagement period can be simultaneously evaluated, and this will greatly reduce the CPU time. In the end of the present paper, a calculating example is given.
