摘要: 本文在完善实验技巧的基础上,对缓磨时弧区的温度及其变化规律作了深入的研究,提供了实验事实,特别是工件弧区表面温度在烧伤前后的时空分布,对于阐明缓磨时的温度特征与烧伤机理具有创新的理论价值。文章据此得出缓磨烧伤是一典型缓变过程的结论,对解决实际生产中烧伤的预报和监控问题具有指导意义。

Abstract: A unique experiment is developed for investigating the temperature distribution and its variance characteristics in contact zone during creep food grinding. The workplace surface temperature-time-space distribution curves in the developing process of workplace burn can be used in clarifying the temperature characteristic and burn mechanism in creep feed grinding. According to the experiments, there exists a typical gradually developing process from low surface temperature in normal condition to burning temperature in contact zone during creep feed grinding. Therefore the prediction of workplace burn can be realized in production.
