摘要: 本文研究了滚动轴承振动测量中传感器(加速度型)的频响特征。建立和分析了传感器的力学模型;打出了影响传感器频响特性的各个因素并进行了实验验证。结果表明,接触刚度对谐振频率有最为显著的影响,提高接触刚高可采用线接触形式和提高传振杆材料弹性模量的方法。减小等效质量对提高谐振频率也有明显的效果。该结论也适用于类似的测振传感器。

Abstract: This paper researches frequency response characteristic of transducer (deceleration) in rolling bearing vibration testing. The mechanical model of the transducer is set up and analyzed. It has been found how some factors influence frequency response characteristic of the transducer. The results have been tested tribally. The results show that contact rigidity is the most important. To adopt the line contact form and enhance the material strength of pick-up-red can increase contact rigidity. To decrease equivalent mass of the transducer can obviously increase the resonant frequency. All conclusions are applicable to analogous vibration measuring transducer.
