摘要: 本文根据变形总能最小原理,用变分法分析了挤镦工艺时的位移函数,并计算出了所需的挤镦力,为挤镦工艺、模具设计和设备吨位的选择提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract: Based on the principal of minimum deformation energy, using the variational methods, the authors of this paper analysed the displacement function and calculated the extrusion-upsetting pressure. Therefore, this provided a reliable theoretical base for the extrusion-upsetting technology, the design of die and the choice of equipment.
