球墨铸铁耐磨机理的研究

摘要: 球墨的润滑作用及其较小的应力集中系数一般被认为是球墨铸铁具有较好耐磨性的原因。但是,作用通过透射电镜观察,发现在球铁基体中先天地具有较高的位错密度,同时也观察到在石墨球周围有一个密度更高的位错带存在。磨损试验的结果表明:试样的位错密度愈高,球铁的耐磨性愈好。这种在基体中有较高密度位错存在的事实就可能认为是球铁耐磨机理的所在。

Abstract: The lubrication of spheroidal graphites and the smaller stress concentration coefficient are generally considered to be the causes of good wear resistance of ductile iron. Through TEM observation, however, the writers yet discover that there innately exists higher density of dislocations in the matrix of ductile iron, and a much denser dislocation band is also observed in tire neighbourhood of the spheroidal graphite. Experiment shows that the denser the dislocations in the matrix, the better the wear resistance of ductile iron. Thus it is convinced that the fact of dislocations existing in the matrix is just the mechanism of wear resistance of ductile iron.
