余氏理论在工业材料相变研究中的应用

THE USE OF THE THEORY OF YU RUIHUANG IN PHASE TRANSFORMATION ON INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS

摘要: 本文应用余瑞璜的“固体与分子经验电子理论”对工业合金的奥氏结构进行了键距差(BLD)分析,结合余氏及其助手已经获得的材料价电子结构资料提出如下观点:(1)Fe-C-Me合金奥氏体中存在着C-Me偏聚区;(2)C-Me偏聚对相变有阻力,这种阻力和C-Me偏聚力交互作用可改变相变产物的结构、形态和性能;(3)从C-Me偏聚出发,对几个金属学基本问题做了新的解释:(1)奥氏体的陈留;(2)合金钢贝氏体变态及转变的不彻底性;(3)位错马氏与孪晶马氏体的成形。

Abstract: Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules founded by Yu R.H.Austenitic structure of industry alloys was analyzed from bond length difference (BLD) method. And combined with obtained information of valence electron structure of the materials, the following viewpoint was advanced:1.There are concentration regions of C -Me in austenite of Fe-C-Me alloys.2.C-Me concentration is of resistance on phase transformation, the mutual action of this resistance and driving force of phase transformation affects the structure and the properties of the products of phase transformation.3. From C-Me concentration viewpoint, new explainaticn was proposed for a few problems of metallography: (1)The form of retained austenite. (2)The incompleteness of bainitic transformation of some alloy steels and bainite morphology variation. (3)The formation of both dislocation and twin martensite.
