摘要: 本文应用俄歇电子能谱深度剖面分析和X射线光电子能谱深度剖面的退卷积、解叠方法,研究了GCr15钢制精密和普通轴承工作表面磨削氧化膜的成分和结构。结果表明,氧化膜是铁氧化物及铁的掺合结构;轴承性能较优者,其氧化膜较薄。

Abstract: The compositions and structures of grinding oxide films on the surface for both precise and plain bearings of GCr15 steel have been investigated by means of Auger electron spectroscopic depth profile analysis as well as deconvolution and the peak decomposition investigation of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic depth profile. The results show that grinding oxide films are mixture of Fe and its oxide, and the bearing with superior mechanical properties possesses the thinnest oxide film.
