摘要: 本文采用工程计算法(即主应力法)对金属超塑性状态下反挤压时变形力进行推导,得到其单位平均压力,对锌铝共析合金作了计算,与试验所得值接近。可作为近似地变形力估算来参考采用。

Abstract: This paper has used the engineering calculus slab method for the deformation derivation of the deformation forces during the backward extrusion of the superplastic state of the metal. The formula of the unit average pressure pave was obtained. The unit average pressure estimated was approximately equal to experimental value for Zn-22% A1 eutectoid alloy.
