摘要: 本文利用了一种简化8结点单元对FM锻造法做了有限元三维分析。此种简化单元在垂直试件某对称面方向仅取一层,并假定起始垂直该对称面诸边在变形过程中仍保持垂直。计算出之工件尺寸及形状变化与实验测定值十分相符。对FM法与普通拔长的计算结果作了比较后,证明FM法对压实芯部孔隙具有一定的效果。本文还就所用模拟材料对FM法锻造的最佳工艺参数提出了建议。

Abstract: A simplified 8-node element was devised by taking one layer of elements in the direction normal to a plane of symmetry and assuming that the element sides which are initially normal to the plane remain normal during deformation. Using the simplified elements, the three-dimensional analysis for the FM forging method was performed. The excellent agreement between experimental and computed dimension values and configurations of specimens has been seen. By comparison of the computed results of FM method and conventional flat forging, the better effect in FM method to consolidate internal cavities at the central part of block has been proved. The optimum of the values of geometrical parameters for FM method was proposed.
