摘要: 本文介绍了用机械式伪随机码激振法辨识滑动轴承动力特性的理论、方法及实验结果。用伪随机码进行宽带激励,可以直接得到轴承的传递函数,据此可估算轴承八个动力特性系数。和其他方法比较,此法激励时间短,力幅值不必很大,不影响机组正常运行,因而适于现场测定。机械式伪随机码激振器是一种新型激振器,它具有能量大,工作可靠,价格低廉等特点。实践证明,它可以有效地用于油膜系数测定,是一种实用的动力系统研究手段。

Abstract: The theory, method and the results of experiment on identifying the dynamic characteristics of journal bearing with PRBS mechanical exciting signal are described in this paper. With pseudo-random excitation, the transfer function of journal bearing could be obtained directly. Thus eight dynamic coefficients can be estimated. Comparison with other mothed this approach possessesofrapid exciting procedure, small exciting force magnitude and does not any effect for normal operation of machine-set. Consequently, it is suitable for measnuring on line. The PRBS mechanical exciting rig is a new kind of exciter. The main advantages of this exciter are higher exciting energy, reliable operation and low in price. It has been proved that it is more valid for identification of oil-film coefficients and it is a useful technique for dynamic system research.
