摘要: 本文对前人在凸轮设计中,不太重视也难于着手的问题——凸轮升程加速度的变化率(即升程曲线的三阶导数),进行了考虑。通过采用多种优化方法和对多种实用凸轮的计算比较,证实了这种考虑,对于解决凸轮机构的“动力学性能”和“丰满系数”这对矛盾,效果是十分显著的。

关键词: 残余应力, 复合焊, 铝合金, 数值模拟

Abstract: In preceding design of cam, people didn't pay great attention to the dervative of ascending distance acceleration of cam (I. e. the third derivative of ascending distance curve), and it is also difficult to put their hands to it. In this paper, we consider this problem. Through using many optimum methods, calculation and comparison of many practical cams, we prove that the effect is very remarkable for solving the contradiction of "mechanical property" and "plentiful coefficient" of cam mechanism.
