摘要: 本文就摩擦制动盘的温升计算提出了了一种数值方法,该方法的基础是用有限差分的方法求解具有对流、幅射边界条件的导热微分方程。这种方法是可行的,计算结果与实测值对比表明,可在摩擦制动盘设计时预算温升过程,从而为压力机的设计提供有利条件。

Abstract: In this paper a numerical method for calculating temperature rise of the friction brake is proposed. This method is based on solving differential equation of heat conduction objected to convective and radiative boundary conditions by using the finite difference approach .'In order to show the applicability of the suggested method, the values calculated are comparated with one of the measurment. The results obtainted are in good agrement. This means we can estimate tmperafure rise when the friction brake is designed. So that, the method proposed in this paper will provid a favourable condition for designing mechanical press.
