Research on Intelligent Adaptive Design for “Internet+” Customized Products

摘要: 在“互联网+”环境下,用户可以深度参与产品的设计、制造和运维等全生命周期过程,对定制产品的个性化需求程度不断提高。随着定制生产的方式在制造业中占比逐渐增加,如何适应互联网上来源广泛、形式各异的客户需求,提高产品定制设计的智能化水平,推动产品生产模式由均质化向定制化转变,成为“互联网+”定制产品设计需要解决的关键问题。为此,总结“互联网+”环境下定制产品适应性设计的基本原理,提出面向“互联网+”定制产品的智能适应性设计架构,阐述该架构涉及到的三项关键技术,包括全生命周期多模态数据统一表征、需求数据驱动的产品功能-行为-结构映射和变更数据驱动的设计更改路径演化与决策。最后以某型号液压机为例,根据互联网定制客户需求对其油箱进行智能适应性设计,证明所提方法的有效性,为“互联网+”定制产品的设计理论发展提供了参考。

Abstract: In the "Internet+" environment, users can deeply participate in the full lifecycle process of product design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance, such that personalized requirements for customized products are constantly increasing as the proportion of customized production in the manufacturing industry gradually increases, how to adapt to wide-range customer requirements in different forms from the Internet, improve the level of intelligence for customized design, and promote the transformation of production mode from homogenization to customization, have become the key problems to be solved in the design of “Internet+” customized products. To this end, the basic principles of adaptive design of customized products in the “Internet+” environment are summarized, and an intelligent adaptive design architecture is proposed. Three key technologies involved in the architecture are elaborated, including multi-modal data unified description in the full lifecycle, product function-behavior-structure mapping driven by requirements data and design change path evolution and decision making driven by change data. Finally, the intelligent adaptive design of the fuel tank of a hydraulic machine is carried out according to the customer requirements from the Internet, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed approach, and also provides a reference for the development of the design theory for “Internet+” customized products.
