摘要: 针对航空发动机叶片光学测量中海量点云的型线分析处理速度慢和形状特征差的问题,提出了一种基于型面重建的叶片测量点云型线精确分析算法。该算法基于光学测量可覆盖整个叶身的优势,包括点云预处理、型线提取和型线分析若干步骤完成型线的精确分析。首先,根据叶片设计规范对点云进行叶型高度的切割,然后利用统计学方法对测量点云进行快速滤波处理,并采用八叉树的数据结构对点云进行体素下采样。对于上述预处理后的点云,利用区域增长法进行型面重建,获取叶型轮廓数据。最后,通过型线分析方法实现叶片型线特征参数的计算和轮廓度误差的优化求解。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of slow processing speed and poor shape characteristics of optical measurement of massive point cloud on aero-engine blade, a precise analysis algorithm of blade measurement point cloud profile based on profile reconstruction was proposed. This algorithm is able to make full use of the advantage that optical measurement can cover the whole leaf, including point cloud preprocessing, contour extraction and contour analysis. Firstly, Blade height cutting of the point cloud is according to the specifications for blade design. Then, the measured point cloud is processed by using statistical methods to filter rapidly, and the octree data structure is used for voxel sampling of the point cloud. For the point cloud pretreated above, profile reconstruction is carried out by using the regional growth method to acquire profile data. Finally, the method of profile analysis is introduced to calculate the characteristic parameters of blade profile and optimize the solution of profile error.
