定子混合叠压再制造电机转矩优化分析

Torque Optimization Analysis of Stator Hybrid Laminated Remanufacturing Motor

摘要: 永磁同步电机铁心再制造研究较少,性能提升困难,寻求切实可行的铁心性能再制造提升方案具有重要意义。利用旧电机硅钢材料与新型非晶合金材料制成再制造混合叠压定子,分析再制造前后电机性能变化,提出转矩叠加优化方法并对转矩进行优化分析。混合叠压再制造后,电机损耗大幅降低,效率有所提升,转矩有所减小;再制造电机转矩随着定子齿宽、绕组匝数以及电流的增大而增大;通过参数化扫描与正交分析方法,对再制造电机进行基于定子槽型尺寸与电流变化的转矩与损耗综合优化分析,确立再制造电机转矩优化方案为电机定子齿宽减小0.8 mm,槽高增大1.2 mm,额定电流减小1.7 A;电机台架试验测试表明,与原电机相比,优化后再制造电机转矩基本不变,效率有所提升,验证了优化方案与仿真结果的有效性。混合叠压定子的研究为电机再制造研究及铁心性能提升方法研究提供了新的思路。

Abstract: There are few researches on the remanufacturing of permanent magnet synchronous motor cores, and it is difficult to improve its performance. It is of great significance to find a feasible method for improving the performance of cores. The hybrid laminated stator is manufactured by silicon steel of old motors and amorphous alloy. The performances of the motor before and after remanufacturing are analyzed, and the method of optimizing the torque is proposed. After hybrid lamination remanufacturing, the loss and efficiency of the motor are greatly reduced, but the torque of the remanufactured motor is reduced. As the increase of stator tooth width, winding turns and current, the torque is gradually increased. By means of parametric scanning and orthogonal analysis, a comprehensive optimization analysis of the torque and loss of remanufactured motor based on the change of stator slot size and current is carried out. Further more, the optimum scheme of remanufactured motor torque is established, which reduces the width of stator teeth by 0.8 mm, increases slot height by 1.2 mm and reduces rated current by 1.7 A. The bench test of motor shows that compared with the original motor, the torque of remanufactured motor after optimization is basically unchanged but the efficiency is improved, which verifies the validity of the optimum scheme and simulation results. The research of hybrid laminated stator provides a new idea for motor remanufacturing and the performance improvement of motor cores.
