变截面轴中弹性波传播特性试验研究

Experimental Study about the Propagation Characteristics of the Elastic Wave in Rod with Non-uniform Cross-section

摘要: 在对大型旋转机械转轴进行状态监测时,振源的振动需要通过轴等的传播后进行间接测量,振动信号在轴中传播时也可能发生变化,因此有必要对轴中弹性波的传播特性进行研究。轴中弹性波的传播特性则受到轴本身几何尺寸、形状等因素的影响,同时转速也可能对弹性波在转轴中的传播特性产生影响。在理论研究的基础上搭建试验系统,研究变截面轴截面变化形式、端面面积比以及转速对弹性波传播特性的影响。试验结果与理论分析结果吻合,证明了轴截面面积变化、面积比以及转速对弹性波的传播特性存在影响。

Abstract: Certain vibration signal of the rotating shaft can only be measured after transmitting through a component such as shaft when applying Condition Monitoring to a rotating machine. Frequency component of the elastic wave may be changed after propagation along the shaft itself, it's of critical necessary to study the characteristics of elastic wave propagating along the shaft. The elastic wave may be affected by the geometrical dimensions as well as the rotating speed. An experiment system based on the theoretical analysis is constructed to study the influence of the geometrical dimensions and rotating speed to the propagation characteristics of the elastic wave. A good agreement between the results of the experiment and the theoretical ones validates that the geometrical dimensions as well as the rotating speed does have an impact on the elastic wave propagation.
