摘要: 本文从连铸坯矫直变形的动态特性出发,提出了连铸坯的多点等曲率速率矫直法。即在分析研究了多点等曲率速率矫直变形规律的基础上,给出了多点矫直系统等曲率速率设计的设计公式,并使用现有资料对设计公式进行了验证。同时,本文在文献[1]研究的基础上讨论了多点等曲率速率矫直与连续矫直的关系。实际计算表明,按等曲率速率原则设计的多点矫直系统可使铸坯在矫直变形过程中的应变速率和所需的螺丝子力大为减小。

Abstract: Proceeding from the dynamic state character of straightening deformation for CCB, the MECRS method is suggested in this paper, It moans, on the basis of analyzing the deformaition pattern of MECRS, the design formulas for MECRS are obtained and has been examined by existing information too. Based on the studies in reference [1], the relationship between MECRS and continuous straightening is discussed in this paper as well According to the computation samples, the strain rates and the needed roller forces of straightening will be greatly reduced on those multi-point straightening systems which are designed by the MECRS principle.
