液压变压器排量特性

摘要: 重点对新型液压变压器的排量特性进行了仿真和试验研究。通过公式推导,建立了新型液压变压器排量计算的数学模型,并利用此模型对液压变压器进行排量特性的仿真研究;同时设计了液压变压器性能测试试验台,在其试验台上对液压变压器进行了流量、转速、排量随角度变化时各自性能的试验研究,以及排量与负载关系特性的研究;最后,经仿真和试验对比,发现仿真结果与试验结果相吻合。研究表明液压变压器的排量是配流盘控制角度的函数,而与负载大小以及液压变压器的转速无关。

Abstract: It is mainly concentrate on the simulation and experimental research about the displacement of the new hydraulic transformer. The mathematical model of the new hydraulic transformer is built by computing relative formulae. The simulation is done based on the modal. The test-rig is designed to test the characteristics of the new hydraulic transformer including the varieties of the flux, rotation speed and the displacement according to the control angle. The character of the displacement variety based on the load is also tested. The simulation results coincide with the experiment very well. The research shows that the displacement of the HT is the only function of the controlled angle of the port plate, and is irrelevant to loads and the rotation speed of the HT.
