摘要: 在基本功能满足的前提下,顾客对产品的感性认识往往是其选择产品的主要依据。提出了一种基于顾客对产品感性认识进行产品平台参数与个性参数辨识的新方法。该方法能使设计人员理解设计参数对顾客喜好的敏感程度,为设计人员准确理解顾客需求提供了理论依据。并以自行车车架为例进行说明。

Abstract: In the premise that the basic functions of a product are satisfied, the customer’s ergonomic feelings to a product are often their main reasons for choosing. A new method, which could identify platform and individual parameters according to the customer's preference to a product is presented, and this method could help designers grasp design parameters' influence on the customer's feelings, and offered the theoretical foundation for the designer's understanding the customer's demands accurately. The bicycle frame is taken as an example to illustrate.
