摘要: 阐述了行星分度凸轮机构这一创新设计构想,该机构具有分度数大、体积小、重量轻、同时啮合滚子数多、承载能力大、以及输入输出同轴的特点。给出了该机构的两种结构形式,推导了凸轮的理论廓线方程,采用布尔运算求出了凸轮的实际轮廓,进行了机构运动仿真。

Abstract: The synthesis of a new type of intermittent mechanism-planetary indexing cam mechanism is presented. According to the layout of the cam-pins pair, the mechanism can be designed to two types. The structure of the mechanism is discussed, and the equations of the cam’s pitch curve of both type are derived. The cam's profile is generated by the method of Boolean operation, and the animation of the mechanism is also presented. The mechanism should have a potential for application where a large number of stops is needed and the compaction of design is essential.
