摘要: 本文应用超声脉冲回波法研究金属铝胶接结构的缺陷定性问题,应用特征参数分析和模式识别技术对缺陷分类进行分析,其识别结果令人满意。文章最后指出,要实现实时检测,必须研制高速数据采集器。

Abstract: Ultrasonic pules-echo method is applied to study the defects of metal adhesive bonds in this paper. Feature analysis and pattern recognition techniques are used to analysize and classify the defects of adhesive bends and the results are satisfactory. Finally, It is presented in the paper that high speed data acquisition unit must be developed in order to realize the real-time testing.
