摘要: 本文对比了15CrMnMoV低碳马氏体型高强度钢的形变时效处理和三种中碳马氏体型超高强度钢40iMnCrNiMoV(300M),45CrMnMoV(D6AC)和28Cr3SiMnCrNiMoWV(28Cr3)常规热处理的强韧化效果。同时其回火脆性和低温韧性也得到显著改善。SEM、TEM和织构反极图分析结果发现,15CrMnMoV钢形变时效除综合利用了固溶、马氏体相变、时效和加工硬化因素外,强烈板织构形成的大量潜在解理面具有异常突出的强韧化作用。这是使15CrMnMoV钢的强韧性,特别是水质应力腐蚀断裂门槛值远高于同等强度水平的300M、D6AC和28Cr3的主要原因。冷轧后的时效虽强化效果不大,但韧化作用很显著。

Abstract: The effect of strain-aging strengthening and toughening of 15CrMnMoV, a low carbon martensitic high strength steel, was compared with the effect of conventional quench-tempering strengthening and toughening of three medium carbon martensitic ultra-high strength steels 40iMnCrNiMoV(300M),45CrMnMoV(D6AC), 28Cr3SiMnCrNiMoWV(28Cr3). A high strength (δ0.2=1500~1800MPa) and a high toughness (KIC=85~110 MPa√m, KISCC=76~95MPa√m, KISCC/KIC>0.85) were achieved via strain-aging for ISCrMnMoV steel, moreover, its temper brittleness and cryogenic toughness were improved. In addition to solid-solution hardening, the analysis results of SEM. TEM and inverse pole figures indicate that numerous potential cleavage interface formed by intense texture have a remarkable effect of strengthening and toughening on strain-aged 15CrMaMoV steel. The aging following deformation has a small effect on strength, but the overaging has a remarkable effect on toughness. The combination of delaminating and overaging gives rise to a very high threshold KISCC of strain-aged 15CrMnMoV steel in 5% NaCl aqueous solution.
