摘要: 阐述大批量定制的外部多样化与内部多样化策略。对大批量定制的相似性原理、重用性原理、全局性原理进行研究,给出相似性的不同形式,论述相似性与重用性的关系,分析相似性与重用性的形成以及全局性改进过程,建立大批量定制总成本的原理模型。通过与完全定制生产、大批量生产的比较研究,提出基于相似性、重用性和全局性的大批量定制平均成本原理。阐述定制价值、定制成本、临界定制点、外部定制点和内部定制点的概念,在此基础上提出大批量定制的定制点原理。

Abstract: External variety and internal variety strategies for mass customization are expounded. The similarity, reusability and entirety of mass customization are studied. The various types of similarity are given. The relationship between similarity and reusability is illuminated. The similarity and reusability forming process and improving process from an overall point of view are analyzed. The total cost model for mass customization theory is built. The average cost principle for mass customization is presented through contrast research on customized production, mass production and mass customization. The terms of customization value, customization cost, critical customer order de-coupling point(CODP), external CODP, internal CODP are defined and explained. Furthermore CODP principle is presented on the basis of these terms.
