复杂零件工艺方案全局多层并行优化

摘要: 针对复杂零件工艺方案全局优化难题,在现有计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)成果和优化方法的基础上进行创新,提出一种复杂零件工艺方案全局多层并行优化方法,建立该方法的组成结构,从加工序列、机床、刀具、切削参数以及选择与进化、综合评价等多个层面对工艺方案进行全局并行优化。提出用集合与矩阵构造工艺方案动态基因组和染色体的方法,将复杂的工艺优化问题转变为对集合和矩阵的数学运算。采用分层、加权、综合、抽象和归一化方法构造多工艺方案、多因素、多目标、多约束的工艺方案综合评价模型。根据工艺方案编码的特点,构造与之对应的染色体优化算子和动态基因组优化算子。结果表明,此方法具有良好的实用效果,满足复杂工程应用的实际要求。

Abstract: Global multilayer and parallel process optimization method is proposed based on the existing CAPP and other optimization methods for the global process optimization problem of complex components. The structure of the method is established to carry out global and parallel optimization from process and operation sequence, machine tool, cutting tool, cutting parameters, selection and evolution, comprehensive evaluation and many other aspects. Based on set and matrix, dynamic process genome and chromosome are established to transform complex process optimization to mathematical operation of set and matrix. A comprehensive evaluation model of multi-scheme, multi-factor, multi-target and multi-constraint is built by the method of delamination, weighing, synthesis, abstraction, and normalization. According to the trait of process coding, chromosome optimization operator and dynamic genome optimization operator are designed. The results show that this method has good practical effect, and meets the practical requirements of complex engineering application.
