摘要:   基于薄壳理论,首次用8节点曲壳超参数单元的有限元法建立了柔轮筒体的动态计算模型。计算结果表明:试验值与计算值非常吻合。这说明本计算方法是可行的。对柔轮筒体各结构参数对自由振动固有频率的影响进行了定量计算,这对设计人员来说具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:   On the basis of Membrane Shell Theory, a finite element modal is set up to calculate natural frequencies and mode shapes of flexspline of a harmonic drive. After being compared the calclating result with the experimental result, we have found that the one is very agreement With the other. Then it proves that the theory and the modal we are based on are very –exact. With changes of structural dimensions of flexspline, we carried out a series of calculations to find out which dimension has a great affect on natural frequences of flexspline. This is of a great practical values to designers.
