超低比转速高速离心泵设计计算系统

摘要: 提出了超低比转速高速离心泵的设计计算系统SHPD,该系统采用一维以效率和稳定性为目标函数的优化设计、准三维S 1流面流动分析校核的设计步骤,实现了设计过程的计算机化,缩短了设计计算时间。同时能对所设计离心泵的扬程-流量和效率-流量曲线进行预测和动态显示。设计实例的水力试验和工业应用表明,该设计计算系统合理可行。

Abstract: The design system is carried out on super-low-specific-speed high-speed centrifugal pumps. With head-capacity and efficiency-capacity display dynamically on computer screen, the design procedure which can be carried out automatically by computer and can shorten design, consists of the one-dimension optimum design with objective of efficiency and small flowrate stability, and three-dimension flow analysis on complex impeller. The experimental results and on-spot application of design example shows that the proposed method is reasonable.
