摘要: 对已经进入中国脱硫市场的若干国外脱硫公司的脱硫技术进行了技术评价,指出了以CaO作为SO2吸收剂的脱硫技术在适合中国国情方面存在局限性以及带来二次污染的后果,提出了以PAN-ACF作为SO2吸收剂,以吸附、富集、氧化原理处理低浓度SO2的烟气脱硫的工艺,以除盐水淋洗获得基础化工原料稀硫酸,实现脱硫工艺洁净化生产。

Abstract: The sulphur removal method using the CaO to absorb the SO2 in the smoke that used by some foreign company is evaluated, points out the problems of this method including the limitation in suiting the domestic conditions in China and the series result on the environmental pollution. A new clean sulphur removal scheme that uses PAN-ACF as the absorbent to absorb and oxygenate the low concentration SO2 is proposed, and at the time, the sulphur is make used by means of saline solution.
